I need help installing the android market on Dell Streak Pro 10

Hi there,
I bought the Dell Streak Pro 10 while in China and have come to realise that the android market is not on it as is most of googles software. Using QtADB I am able to install google maps without any problem and when i install market/gmail/talk. they icons appear as being installed but once i select them they immediately close.

When I try and install the googleservicesframework.apk it says INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATE

any help that can be given would be much appreciated as it is a lot of hassle to try and find apps on my laptop and install them manually.
I hope to hear some solutions

I downloaded Anroid market version 3.x

Download Latest Android Market App 3.0.26 APK

It replaced the version 1.0 that I had running and enabled all the US based Google apps.

Hello friend... did this solution work? I just bought one Dell Streak from China and I JUST learned it doesn't come with Google Apps... can this be solved? Any help is appreciatted.
