I own android phone and want to use it fully remote without touching

I bought an android device and would like to put it on a charger install some software and use it fully remote. No one will be able to access it. Is there any way?

So, I’ll go to another city and my phone will be at home. I want to connect to it any time as to any cloud virtual machine and use it whenever I need. All apps require some action on actual android device, but mine will be at home when no one can access it. Is there a way?
