I send a similar confirmation txt to clients but they stopped getting it.

[Android Central Question]

After booking an appointment I send a text similar to this....

"Name,

Your appointment is set for _____

To join zoom...
1.
2.
3.
(Zoom link)

Ill see you at _____"

Client are repeatedly telling me that they are not getting that text message BUT they WILL get my follow message that says

"REMINDER: your appointment is ____"

WHY ARE THEY NOT GETTING THE FIRST MESSAGE?? But they do get the next one??

is this some sort of security feature to stop spamming or "salesy" mass texts??

**These texts/my job is totally legit, it is my job to contact these employees and set of their benefits for them**

Have you sent feedback to Zoom or contacted the developer?

Does your carrier have a character limit on texts? Back in the day they did. Some still may.
Usually this sort of thing is sent by email, it's more secure. Why have you chosen text?
