I'm using LG G4 and I can't access my files because of screen overlay, what to do?

The problem says "can't access camera, storage, audio, files, go to app settings to change permission" and whenever I go to app settings to allow permission, it tells me again to "open settings" where in fact I'm already in settings. Almost all my apps are requesting permission and I can't figure out how to solve it. I'm a student and I badly need my files to open and send. Please help.

You need to find the app working as the overlay and turn it off.
Apps like screen dimmers (lux, twilight), sliding menus, Facebook Bubbles, multiple apps by Cheetah Mobile....
