LG G PRO 2 : Kernel Crash!!!!

my dad have lg g pro 2. He bought it in 2014. Now, suddenly his phone cant boot normally, it loads so long and after 30min bootloop an error message appear.

The error message seems like :

DemiGod Crash Handler : Kernel Crash

Press Key to chose Dload or Reboot.
1) Volume Up : Dload Mode.
2) Volume Down : Reboot.

If you choose Dload Mode,
Please do the following action,
1) Dload mode, Please connect USB
2) Got the ram dump image using QPST Configuration.

and there's more, but i dont remember much, i will ask my dad to send the error photo to me. (he did photo it)
