Lock Screen no longer shows messages.

This week my phone beeps to say I have a message but it no longer displays the message or who its from on the lock screen. The behavior changed all by itself. I used to be able to see who messaged me and what the message says. Now I just see a notification that I got a message and I have to open up the phone and go to messages and open the message to view it. What a waste of time.

Google Pixel 6 Pro, Android 13. Stock messenger app. Yes Notifications in Messenger are turnd on. Again I didn't change this.

First, go to Settings>Notifications>Notifications on Lock Screen and make sure it's set to "Show conversations", and also make sure the Sensitive Notifications toggle is turned on.

Also, I can't remember if this is possible on the 6 Pro, but are you using Face Unlock? This can cause a similar issue on the Pixel 8, I think.
