Make the area below the dock persistent

First off, please let me know how to address this area properly



I'm using the Nova launcher. Is there Nova setting or elsewhere, that will make that area persistent and prominent, so it can't be dominated/obscured/appear faded to the point where it's barely perceptible.

I want it locked in position and available regardless of where i navigate.

I can tell you one thing for sure: it's called the Navigation Bar. The dock is that row of icons that stays the same on all pages of your launcher.

Try Samsung Good Lock app and use Module NavStar
