My Xperia Z5 Compact doesnt charge and restarts the screen

Hi, like i said the phone doesnt charge. The problem can not be the cable or the adapter cause i tried different ones and the original provided with the phone.

Ive tried charging through usb cable from my pc but also no success

Here is exactly whats happening:

I plug the usb cable into the phone and I get the red light blinking then the sign with the battery shows up with a bolt over it (sign it charges).. then after a few seconds the screen goes black and then the sign saying "Sony" and Xperia pops up. This loops without pressing any buttons. Im getting really desperate here.

Welcome to the forums! I'm so sorry you are experiencing this issue.

How long have you had the phone? Has your phone encountered any water or drops? Also, perhaps your port needs a little bit of cleaning. See if there's any dust in there.

But it sounds like your device may be bootlooping - if it is under warranty or if you have any insurance on it, I recommend bringing it to your carrier or to where you got it originally and see what they can do for you.
