Nexus 6 Verizon LTE only working on LTE/GSM/UMTS mode

Hello,

Lost my Nexus 6 and just got a new one today. Went to Verizon store to get new SIM, and it would not stay connected to LTE. I played around with it at home, and the only way it will connect to LTE is on LTE/GSM/UMTS mode. It will not connect on global or LTE/CDMA mode; those connect to 3g. I can't figure this out, but figure it must be a settings issue on this used phone.

Help! Running CyanogenMod 13.0, Android 6.0.1. Rooted. TWRP recovery, Kernel 3.10.40-g6b285fb

Wsa it connecting before it was rooted and ROM'd?
Does it work correctly on the LTE/GSM/UMTS mode?

Try turning on airplane mode waiting 30 seconds then turning it off, this will cause your phone to try to require it's signal and hopefully get your LTE back.
