Please help me explain if this is just a Samsung related issue:
Why are notifications that appear in the lock screen:
1. not showing the full content of the notifications. I do have it set to show content. Instead, I have to click on the down arrow to read notifications say from news notifications, Textra, etc. I would rather have the notifications show the full content so I can quickly glance at them without having to touch my phone and/or open the app to read it.
2. Notification time out so short. Is there anywhere to change the amount of time the lock screen stays on so that I can have ample time to actually see/read the notifications? Seems like it's set for around 3 seconds.
I love the way iphone does their notifications. Big and enough time to see/read it all. Also, I do not recall having this problem on my Huawei phone and in fact, I did not have to install glimpse notifications in order for the lock screen to turn on when certain apps send notifications. Samsung does not appear to wake up the lock screen when notifications come in, which is why I have to use Glimpse notification app.
Is this a Samsung only problem?
