Following on from the, private, limited roll out fix to Verizon (USA) users to address a connectivity issue with that carrier and posted by Umass021 in his thread... 9.0.11 uodate... OnePlus have now withdrawn OxygenOS 9.0.10,

OnePlus are now in the process of updating the stock firmware for the 7th time in under 2 months, (not to mention the 2 Open Beta firmwares, todate).

The OxygenOS 9.0.11 update replaces the 9.0.10 update which caused a problem for Verizon users.

Changelog:

System

  • Updated Android Security patch to 2018.12
  • Improved Wi-Fi stability for better connectivity
  • Face Unlock improvements
  • General bug fixes and improvements

Camera

  • Improved Nightscape performance

"We appreciate your active feedback and attempts to reach out to us. With your help, we have been able to better optimize and improve several key areas. Thank you for your patience and as always, we look forward to hearing your continued feedback in the bug reporting forum here: https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback/.

As always, this OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today, and we'll begin a broader rollout in a few days.
"

Camera version 2.10.13

This is the 6th official, stable, update in 54 days

(N.B. OxygenOS 9.0.11 is not available for the non stock, T-Mobile carrier minority variant)

As with all roll outs, this is a gradual, measured, release that can take anywhere up to a month to complete for all countries, worldwide.

Please be patient if you are waiting for the OTA, (Over The Air), update to your phone from the OnePlus servers.

If you want the stable firmware update for OxygenOS 9.0.11 right now, you can either...

1. Download from the Play Store, Oxygen Updater, free of charge and it will download and install the official OnePlus update for you.

2. Download the official OxygenOS 9.0.11 firmware from Funk Wizard's thread over on xda developers, post #2, here, and do a local install as per the instructions given in the post.

3. Download and install a free VPN app from the Google Play Store, such as Tunnel Bear VPN, and set it to, say, Canada or Germany and download the official update OTA, direct from OnePlus' update servers.

The choice is yours!
