S23 ultra signal issue

Hi everyone,
I'm Tom from the Highlands of Scotland.

I have upgraded from the s10 on EE to the s23 ultra, on the EE network.
I have to say that my old s10 had better signal and Internet connection than the S23 (when compared at the same locations).
I feel that I have spent a lot of money upgrading only to have worse reception.
Is there something that I am missing that could resolve my issue.
Any help would be appreciated,

Not sure what your issue is but I find the S23 Ultra reception/signal to be far superior to my S22 Ultra Exynos. At work I am getting signal in far more places than I was on the S22, connections are much faster also. I am using a BT sim card which uses the EE network.

Maybe if you don't have a 5g enabled sim card, disable 5g in your mobile settings may help, the phone may be trying to hunt for a 5g signal.
Otherwise I have no other help sorry.
