S7 restarting after freezing up

[Android Central Question]

My phone keeps freezing up and restarting. Then it goes through a cycle of restarts about 5 or 6 times, sometimes even more. It even freezes on the boot screen and restarts. I have reset the phone, re flashed the memory, performed a software update and even change the battery to see if that is causing the issue. I have used the phone without memory cards and with no sim as well and it still occurs. Any idea on why this is happening?

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you reflashed the memory, do you mean you reinstalled the firmware? If so, then it's probably a motherboard problem.
