Condition: Good. Glass screen protector since new. Some tiny nicks here and there and one small nick on the home button which doesn't affect it one bit.
Includes: Original box, charger, and about 5 assorted cases

Update. Got the unlock code today, so will work on unlocking it later this week.

Note 5 is still for sale and payed for the unlock code but haven't got a chance to unlock it. So not unlocked yet.
