Screen overlay detected..

Hey only had this phone for about 2 or 3 weeks. It's a Samsung Galaxy s6. Already have 1 problem with it and another has arrose. When I go to change my wallpaper to one of my pictures a screen pops up and says screen overlay detected. I've looked up everything for this and I've tried everything I found and nothing has worked. Plllsssss help!!!

Just looked and found the one that said it was probably an app you downloaded recently so I deleted those restarted my phone and boom it's know working lol. Weird. Ty!!!!

This basically means that you have to go disable EVERY app at the app-overlay settings list, it's a confusing error message and it took me weeks to figure out what i actually had to do...

Thanks, @Tazio Nuvo, but the screen overlay issue isn't related to adware. Did you happen to post here by accident, or are you referring to the unwanted extra features mentioned in that other linked thread?
