Install Kitkat or Cyanogenmod on Acer Intel Atom based Tablet

Hello!

I've got an Acer Intel Atom based tablet (4.2.2 jelly bean) from the Education Ministry. And they have made it custom before handed over to the student. Now i can't install desired or useful apps as they've removed all the Google Services.

I want to know if it is possible to install kitkat version 4.4.4 or Cyanogenmod on this acer intel tablet?

Brand: Acer Amtron (Amtron is Electronic development of Education Ministry)
Model: TA71CA1
CPU: Intel Atom Z2520 x86 (32bit)
Android Version: 4.2.2 (jelly bean)
Rooted: No (checked with root checker)
Internal storage: 8GB
Ram: 1GB
Connectivity: Only wifi and a modem slot and no calling feature.
Camera: 5MP rear and front vga.

There don't seem to be any Cyanogen ports for that tab. There may or may not be KitKat ROMS - check on the Acer A1 forum at XDA Forums.
