SMS Delivery Reports Not Working

Using an unlocked S20 on Verizon. Delivery reports had been working fine until now. Anyone have any suggestions? I know such functionality often doesn't work when using unlocked devices, but I had no problem until about a few days ago. Could it have been a software (security) update? I'm not running the beta.

Hi , is this Samsung stock message app or Samsung +, or Google messages?

I have tried stock, Google, Textra, and Verizon Messages, with no success.

Yep, tried that.

Strange all those apps having that issue, can try reset app preferences / settings >apps >3 dots upper right corner tap> reset app preferences
