hmm...it states that i shouldnt run it unless I used unrevoked forever and have s-off. Havent done it. I literally just installed the official OTA an hour ago. Do i still start at step 5? not looking to wipe the phone either. just want root

I think you are fudged until they find a way to root 2.2.

Sorry, I wouldn't do it if you don't have S-Off. That's probably needed to flash clockwork mod easily like this. Probably better to wait for devs to release a root tool for 2.2

Or if someone more knowledgeable can provide another way.
