I had a Ticwatch Pro 3 and a Ticwatch E3. I'm 82 and my fitness routine involves walking my dog twice a day. On both watches the normal walk was around .9 miles. Now I have a Ticwatch 5 Pro and the walk last night and this morning were .5 miles. Is the pedometer adjustable? Is it linked to the height you've listed? Is my Ticwatch bad?

I'm older than most trees and definitely not a geek but I think I have a clue. The Ticwatch pro 5 has a GPS sensor. The Ticwatch Pro 3 didn't. When I'm shuffling around my apartment, the Ticwatch Pro 3 tracked my steps and distance walked. The Ticwatch Pro doesn't seem to.

Remember when the world was divided into those who read User's Manuals and those who didn't. Now we're in a world without User's Manuals and if you try to contact the Mother Ship for help they don't respond because they don't have a User's Manual, either.
