Belkin needs to recall or exchange these, especially since it is a $50 first-party charger being sold as an authorized peripheral on the official Google Store. Per my own rules, I must encourage users to return or exchange this and not to use it. There is no immediate risk of danger for most people (Scion FR-S exempt), but it is clearly "bad".
