whatsapp problem in my s7 edge

so i dont know why but my s7edge is silencing all my whatsapp notification sound,sounds are off like the phone on vibrate and i dont know how to fix it i check the settings and sound is on i got a ringtone and everything

some files are missing from your device, you can fresh download the app and start using. this is not your phone problem. you can download whatsapp directly from play store on your phone.
