CWM Backup question
Hey guys. I have a rooted Nexus running 4.4.4. I recently flashed CWM recovery using Rom Manager. I then entered recovery mod to make a backup. The backup was made properly however when I clicked on reboot system now there was a heading stating that I may lose root access. There were three options: 'no' 'yes fix this'( there was some directory given) and ' go back'. Now when I rebooted I went to my file explorer ( ES File Explorer) and clicked on the Clockworkmod folder. However there was no data in it. When I try to open the Root Explorer in ES I get a dialog with many different options. What should I do? I am new to this so would like to know what I should do.
Thanks
