Why do i have a wrong battery % ?

My Tablet, Xtigi joy10 pro is showing a wrong battery percentage..... It goes off at any odd percentage eg 85%, 63%, 43%. To be able to work with it effectively I have to keep it plunged on a charger.....I've tried calibration apps from play store, battery drainers, but it doesn't work....the draining isn't effective because the phone goes off after the first vibration. My tablet is about 2 years old..... Android 5.1 version. Battery is unremovable. Kindly assist.

Welcome to Android Central! The battery is probably failing, which can cause this behavior. If you habitually let it drain to zero or near zero, that can significantly decrease a battery's overall lifespan. Or the battery might just be faulty. In either case, you'll either have to bring it to a repair shop for a new battery, or look into getting a new tablet.
