Why does my LG stylo 4 have a huge white circle on my screen and keep glitching?

[Android Central Question]

hello I have a LG stylo 4 I been using this phone for a year I started experiencing this on October 22 so it's been almost a month now I was sleep that night and when I woke up my phone was white and very glitchy I don't know what I have done to make it like this idk if I fried it or I was laying on it when I was sleep or the phone itself is no good because it's a cheap android phone somebody please help me !!

Welcome to Android Central! Force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 20 seconds. Then wait a few seconds, and power on again normally. If the screen still looks like that, it's most likely damaged or faulty.
