Why is there no cut/paste in the context menu in my Polaris Excel?

I've just downloaded Polaris Office and using it to edit a spreadsheet but I can't find any cut and paste function in any menu. Maybe its because I need to upgrade from the free version but I can't find anything about this and I should have a free premium version the first week or so.
