Why won't certain games play

I purchased my gkids each an Irola DX758Pro. Some games will play but others won't load or load then shut down. I've been told the apps aren't compatible with the tablet's hardware OR it's the processor OR RAM. Irola USA said a factory reset might help, the game developer said there's not enough RAM.

The Irola specs: ARM Cortex-A7 Quad Core up to 1.3 GHz, Android 4.4, Built-in 8GB.

Any thing I can do to make these games play or do I need to buy new tablets the gkids are 5, 6 and 8.
