Why wont my android allow me the option to transfer some apps to my microsd card?

My previous android would give me the option to transfer virtually every app to my microsd card but my current android device wont even allow to option to allow me to do that. I read some forums which suggested downloading apps which allowed me to do so, but those wouldnt even create the option for me to do so. Im tired of my phone asking me to delete apps just to put others on when I have a 64 gb microsd card with plenty of space for the apps. its stopping me from being able to have both Uber and Lyft driver apps on my phone and its really making me upset.

Welcome to Android Central! Not all devices support the Move to SD feature -- which phone do you have? For phones that do support it, some apps still won't give you that option because of how they're coded.

In order to add the feature, you'd have to root the phone and use an app like Link2SD or App Mgr III.
