Question Windows 10 import pictures and videos displays error that it exists (when the file doesn't)

Hello everyone, I am using windows 10 import on my galaxy s8 and whenever I import pictures and videos, this is the error I get:



it creates alot of temporary files and is that the issue ?

Before somehow, it didn't create so many temporary files. It would create one temporary file and then import one picture or video, then the temporary file would dissapear, then another temporary file would show up, and a new picture/video would import and then the temporary file would dissapear and so on...but now, approx 8.5k temporary files are created at one time and then the importing begins...and the above error message occurs randomly. What is the solution to this ?

What about uploading to OneDrive? It keeps the exif data.
