Has anyone tried any of the 1700mah batteries?

I bought 4 of them.
they were cheap, I think something like $20-25 for two and I need extra batteries.
Of the 4, one went bad very quickly. The other three are lasting very well. As for how long they keep the phone alive? No discernible difference.
If you are a quantity over quality type, Like me, these work.
If you want a quality battery, then get the extended unit.
The price is about the same.

I'd recommend you get the extended battery. I know it makes the phone fatter, but after a few days, you won't even notice it. I took my phone off the charger this morning at 6:00, and I'm at 70% right now. I used my gps today, made phone calls, sent texts and emails, surfed the web, watched a couple vids on youtube, and listened to Pandora; all on 4G. With the standard battery, the phone would be close to dead by now, but thanks to the extended battery, I'm still going strong as I type this.

I don't like third party batteries (bought 6 for my incredible). I recommend buying the 1400 MAH OEM HTC battery or the 2750 MAH OEM battery. I've got the 2750 and after a few days the size isn't noticeable but the battery life is. ;-)

I bought 2 1500mAh batteries with external charger for around 15 bucks. They work the same as the TBolt's OEM batteries. And I like the external charger.

I think I'm gonna go to VZW to see if the will put the extended battery on my phone so I can see how it feels. Who has good cases for the extended battery?

I use the Seidio Active case, but I'd guess there are others you can use as well if it's not your style. Check the AC store.

As for the extended battery, I wasn't a fan when I first put it in, but in all honesty, I don't even notice it now. And the gains in battery life outweigh any perceived negatives in heft.

Frank, do you have a link to this.
I'm good with the stock battery, but wouldn't mind having a spare and a charger.
