Is the 19.99 deal only good on the website? or can I walk over to my local Verizon store and pick it up for the same price?

Verizon corporate stores stock them. If they don't have in stock, corporate store rep will order and have shipped free to your home in 2 business days

Thank God I found this thread. I went to pick one up at lunch and I guess they have a 50% off sale off of 4G BATTERIES lol. So got it for $20 plus a standalone desktop battery charger for $5 more. After taxes and corporate discount, $25 total for the Rezound battery + charger. :D

I got mine from the Verizon corporate store last week. You can just walk over there and get it for the $20 price.

BTW, I've been running the Rezound battery for a week now in my TBolt. I'm actually making it through the entire day without needing a recharge. Sometimes I'm making it from 7 am to midnight before hitting 20% (low battery notification setting) remaining on the battery. Other times I hit the 20% mark at about 8-9pm. It all depends on how much I've played Angry Birds or streamed some video.

i received the battery today. Popped it in, no problem. Had a charge about 20 percent.

put it on the charger, took about an hour to get to 50 percent. I just looked at it about a half an hour later at it is at 100 percent!!

Is that normal?

Mine arrived today and was rated at 3.7V not 3.8 so it matches the voltage of the TB 1400 mAh. Charging overnight and will see tomorrow how it works. Got it for the $19.99 + tax from Verizon online

Thanks for the help guys. I don't know why i was having trouble finding it.

So, do you think it'll still be on sale if I wait til friday to buy one in-store? I don't want to order one online because 2 day shipping won't put it at my door til monday because of Turkey day.

Yes, I do think so. I think this has been a monthly promotion (for 4G batteries) that has been extended every month sinxe May. But don't be mad at me if I'm wrong!

Thanks, Robrecht

It happened again

Was at 63 percent charging, 20 minutes later at 100. Percent

Charged my wifes phone with new battery last night, she is at 90percent as of now!

I woke up to 29 percent

Any ideas?

Definitely getting better battery life with this 1620mAh battery; about 6-8 hours more (than the standard Thunderbolt 1400 mAh)! Hit just a little over 35 hours this morning with approx. 20 percent left before swapping out for a fresh battery. :)

So, its taking a long time to get to like 63 percent and then quickly jumping to 100 percent or so? That almost sounds as if something is wrong with just the meter. Perhaps its just not reading the battery correctly. I mean, does the amount of total charging time seem right?

I've had some weirdness with this battery too. Last night I charged it up to 100% then unplugged it and played with the phone for 3 hours. After 3 hours it still said it was at 100%. That can't be right. I'm gonna do some more testing today.

Sounds like you need to reset your battery stats. I'm guessing the phone thinks you still have your stock battery in it and is basing the percentage off of it.
