No price and no pictures. I mean really you must have a mockup ready.

Awesome. Will probably get that if the dock doesn't come out anytime soon.

Looks promising but I bet they'll charge premium out the *** because they can. Evidence of this: comes with 4 different things. Why do I need 4 different things? I need a case that fits my battery. I don't need a skeleton, holster, screen protector, and a 60 dollar sucker tax to go with that case.

For the most part, yes. There will a bunch of differences though. The battery is placed on the top half of the TBolt which will create a slightly top heavy appearance than the evos. I hope it doesn't have any indents like the evos around the camera.
Once this hits the market I'm sold on the extended battery. I need the pertection.

Woops I missed that the links to to different places. The active case doesn't sound too bad but it will likely still cost 50 bucks. The link only says black. Will it come in other colors? I'd love a blue case.

FINALLY!!!!! hope it comes out like tomorrow lol...i've already dropped my phone a couple times and it has some unsitely marks and scratches already
luckily, the screen is not damaged... - 04-06-2011, 10:59 AM #12
I'm being extra careful with mine because I've seen people with obliterated screens already. As soon as I get a case I'll start going commando style with this thing. Heaviest, bulkiest phone, with an even larger battery adding mass and volume, with a hard case over it. Oh yeah. The hummer of phones.

Rebecca: Hello! Thank you for contacting Seidio Online! How can I help you today?
Customer57: hello when will the Thunderbolt extended case be released? and will it have push power and volume buttons or will it be open for us to use the phone buttons?
Rebecca: We are currently still developing our Extended Cases for the Thunderbolt. We have three cases currently under development, the Surface Extended, Active Extended, and Rugged Extended.
Rebecca: I do not believe the Surface Extended will cover the buttons, instead it would leave them exposed. However, the Active Extended and Rugged Extended have a silicone sleeve that goes over those buttons.
Customer57: do they offer power and volume button features? the reason why I am askin gis because to use the phone power/volume features sometime cause a lot of wear and tear and make the buttons stick
Customer57: thank you
Customer57: no release date as yet?
Rebecca: Unfortunately I do not have an ETA.
Customer57: any estimated date available?
Customer57: aww ty

i prefer a case that cover the buttons because I noticed with my phone the power and volume buttons are very low, low to the point that if pressed to hard and too often they stick have to open the battery cover so it will pop out. therefore prefer a case that have the indents of the power and volume buttons. Hope that explanation helps.

My only regret about the extended battery is that my case of choice was a case mate barely there case.

Yea right now im rocking it naked because this battery is too awesome to take off. But at this point, im over the bulge, just give me a case. I'll deal with extra size.
