Great Case-Mate Customer Service

I ordered the case-mate immediately after getting my TBolt. I love the case but recently one side of the rubber was becoming loose and has slowly become very annoying. I decided to email case-mate to see if there was a way to refit the rubber back to factory. They instructed me to send a picture of the defect and they would be able to provide a replacement. I just received my confirmation for my replacement after sending what i considered not a very good picture but the best i could do on my macbook.

I believe its only fair to share my CS experience for people looking to protect their new and expensive toy/phone/tool. Although you can find much cheaper cases elsewhere it is reassuring that they are willing to do this for their customers and I would recommend them even more than i did before.
