Best roms for fast 4g

I've noticed using bamf 3.0 with mr 2 the 4g is topping out at 6.5 mbs down. Up is still the same and was wondering what good roms have good 4g speeds. Any help its appreciated. should I change the radio?

Are you testing via app or internet site? I'd try the speakeasy internet site.

Assuming you're capable of getting higher speeds try an AOSP rom or Froyo with MR1.

the rom itself does not really matter. what matters is radio connectivity, and what mirror you're using/where the mirror is (if you're gauging the speeds thru something like speedtest.net).

OP - i would try a different radio, preferably the OFFICIAL OTA MR2 and if that's the one you were using, i would try the other two to see if they work better,

Also, verizon's been working on towers lately, so it could just be a fluke/bad night for your radio connection. wait a day or two and see what happens???? that's what i would do.

otherwise try the other radios.

Thanks to all that replied it was great help and regarding speed test vs speakeasy. I was getting 7mbs speedtest and 14mbs speakeasy.
