tried BAMF 1.8.6, tried CM7.. what should i try next?
this is my first rooted device and first 2 roms that i have tried.. ive been reading up on LTB a little bit but im not sure of how safe the other gb roms are because i've read that they can just randomly brick your phone even if everything seems to be going fine. any advice/input as to what other rom i should try and/or why would be appreciated. thanks

The bricking issue was way overblown. It was from an earlier leak, but now we have newer GB builds. I wouldn't worry about that at all. As far as ROMS besides those two, I would try the latest BAMF 3.0 and Gingeritis 3D.

Re: tried BAMF 1.8.6, tried CM7.. what should i try next?
It's my daily driver ROM. I really like it, although I found with the latest radio it was getting weak connections to 3G. I flashed the MR2 radio to it and it's been solid. I get significantly better battery life than when I was on BAMF (18 hours leaves me at 40% left with typical usage).
Gingeritis is also solid. It really boils down to if you want a Sense ROM or an AOSP - did you prefer one over the other when you were using BAMF vs. CM7?I made the Picard Video - 07-29-2011, 02:50 PM #9

Another vote for Gingeritis 3D. It is the best ROM.

Gingeritis 3D Beta VI is a very solid ROM... best Sense ROM I've tried so far... and my list is below in my signature block.
