ok need help with my messed up phone

ok I need help. Today I tried to flash Bamf pr 3 up from the pr 2 I had before. Everything worked great except for when I set up the Rosie. Then I lost wifi and couldn't get it back. That was a deal breaker so I went into ROM manager and tried to flash back my previous ROM. Then my phone got stuck at the HTC Screen. So after a half hour I bit the bullet and did a battery pull. Then figured I'd boot into recovery and flash manually. But when I do I get the Hboot trying to update my radio. The only thing is I already have the latest radio. Is it trying to update an older radio. That's why I'm scared to take the update. I can't remember what the latest radio number is. Anyway when I hit cancel it won't give me the option to go into recovery.

Looks like sdcard contains PG05IMG that has the radio update. If you have a PC or secondary smartphone besides your Thunderbolt, I would insert the sdcard and delete that PG05IMG file. After this, hboot should not try to load anything and you can select and enter into recovery mode.
