Mobile Defense question

Has anyone been able to install this as a system process lately? As I stated before I JUST rooted 2 days ago and am running Gingeritis 3D VII. I tried to install this as a system process (been in beta for over a year with my evo running Froyo) but it keeps aborting with the message

Amend scripting (update-script) is no longer supported
Amend scripting was deprecated by Google in Android 1.5
It was necessary to remove it when upgrading to the ClockworkMod 3.0 Gingerbread based recovery
Please switch to Edify scripting (updater-scriptand update-binary) to create woring update zip packages
Installation aborted

again found my own answer..guess I should stop posting before actually doing some homework..sorry guys.. I found the reason and have notified the staff at Mobile Defense in a private ticket. Someone named Megan has been assigned to my problem and if anyone else has run into this issue, I will provide the answers she gives me.
