Bamf Forever 1.11

Ok. I have a couple of questions please. First, I want to apologize, again, if they have been asked in another thread..

1. I would like to upgrade to BAMF Forever 1.11 - is there a special process? ( I downloaded the ROM, the BAMF-Kernel-3++.zip file and the 2.1 answer screen zip as well.

2. If I upgrade to 1.11, are there any other zips that I'll have install - note the question above.

3. I've been reading there are battery issues.. I have the extended battery and wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any major issues if I upgrade.

I'm currently running Gingeritis 3D 1.2.

1. Remove "BAMF_Extras" folder from your SD card if it exists already... if it's not there don't worry about it.

2. I never had the answer issue, but I don't think I'd install that unless you start having the problem... I believe they said they fixed this issue in the 1.11 version. I'm currently running 1.11 with the 3++ kernel and it's running great for me.

3. I've seen NO battery issues with this... install it, charge it, let it settle for a day or two... you'll have great battery life... yesterday I did a lot and still had 65% battery life (stock battery) before I plugged it back in for the night... I always plug it in at night.

Reboot into Recovery... Wipe Data, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik Cache, then install ROM... Don't user ROM Manager!!!

Except for the included Kernel... The call screen fix is huge in this rom. If it ran as well as g3d I'd switch back just for the call screen fix.

I've had this ROM now for 24 hours. I've had my phone off charge since 6:15am this morning (It's 6:25 as I post this message) and I've only used 40% of my battery. Stellar!

BAMF Forever is what the Thunderbolt should have had as a Stock ROM.

And assigned custom ringtones. You might check to see if htcloggers is in there. If it is disable it.

I just finished 24 hours on Forever 1.11 with ziggy's kernel.

My battery was amazing yesterday. I'm waiting for the battery to adapt to the new ROM to see if it continues.
