Mobile Hotspot question

Hello everyone, I don't usually post but I visit the forums quite oftenly and I know everyone is really helpful in here and i was wondering, I have BAMF Forever 1.09 on my phone and I'm having issues using the MHS. Now I use barnicle tether and since I just got the sweet amazing LTE speeds where I live I wanted to start using the MHS but any device I try to connect won't detect any connection. Is this a rom issue or maybe the app? Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want to pay Verizon for this service, or are you looking for a free option?

For the official pay side, I'd think of upgrading to 1.11... and for the free side I'd look at using
