PUK code is locked
Has anyone seen this message? It just started this afternoon for on my tbolt. When I turn the screen on and it is locked, there is a picture of a SIM card with a red "X" and it says "PUK code is locked" and below it says "Please contact Customer Care". Anyone know what this means and how to fix it? Thanks.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I have no VZW cell or data signal either. The only thing I can get is WiFi.

Re: PUK code is locked
well when I was looking at the solution, it seems to be random and could be reoccurring. It seems to only be happening since you got the last update so guess Verizon has done it again!
one of the other suggestions put out there was to get a new sim card but that seemed to just delay the inevitable a bit.

Re: PUK code is locked
Happened to me today. Never saw this before. Dropped my TB this morning, which I never do (ha), so figured that may have been the cause. powered down, removed the battery, and pulled out and reseated the SIM card, put the battery back in and powered up. PUK code is locked message is no longer there ... so far! Thanks for the tips!

Re: PUK code is locked
I'm randomly having this problem too. And get this on ATT with a HTC one X. Its software related, its a glitch possibly related to an App. Have already replaced both the phone and the SIM is what's crazy so that eliminates the possibility of it being hardware. Have spent hours on the phone with ATT, and its got to be something causing it. Tell me what apps do you have installed?
