Re: [ALL IN ONE] The HTC Thunderbolt Tool!
DISREGARD PLEASE - a menu finally appeared with an option to reboot now, I selected it and now I'm back to my home screen. Thank you.
Hi, I'm new to this so forgive me if I ask stupid questions. I tried this method tonight. I followed all instructions. After entering my serial key, I got these messages....
Beta key accepted - thank you for participating!
Root acquired!
Sending in Caroline...
Cleaning up...
Rebooting to fastboot...
When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back!
Waiting for fastboot...
Rebooting to fastboot (Once moar...)
I then followed the instruction from the website....exit fastboot by selecting bootloader, then select recovery. My phone restarted and now all I have is an image of the phone and a red triangle with an exclamation point through it. I'm scared to touch anything else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!Last edited by toddw72; 06-26-2012 at 09:04 PM.

Re: [ALL IN ONE] The HTC Thunderbolt Tool!
Yes it does. I got a REFURB Tbolt last week.....ran the program....10 mins. later I was rooted.
I had to take the phone into Verizon (due to a SIM card issue). So, I decided to UNROOT my phone because I didn't want the Sales Rep. to use the ROOTED phone as an excuse as to why I was having SIM card issues. To unroot it took about 10 mins. Once I got back from Verizon......rerooted it without issues.
So, to answer your question....Yes, it will work. With this RAZR, I get a close shave

Re: [ALL IN ONE] The HTC Thunderbolt Tool!
Hi, I'm trying to root using your root tool, but I'm running into a problem. After running the bat file, the dialogue box pops up and continually says "maximum setlocal recursion level reached. Checking for updates." I get that message from that point on in a loop. Obviously I've done something wrong, but I have no idea what. Any idea what I should do? Thanks for the help.
