Stuck on "Security Warning Screen"

Hello bunique4life05,
I was trying to unroot my thunderbolt and go back to stock image using the "HTC Thunderbolt Restore" app from Play Store. Now I am stuck at the "security warning" screen and my phone won't get past that screen. I was wondering if you could help me fix the problem. I've to return the phone to Verizon in 2 days, that's why I am trying to go back to stock. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys I could use your help on restoring HTC Thunderbolt for fellow member above that's in need assistance. I do not have knowledge or resources(files/links) to explain the procedure to manual restore the factory image to Droidx2TB. I would greatly appreciate any advice.
