Unroot Question

Hi all,

I am going to trade my thunderbolt in in a few days and I want to ensure that I can get the most money for it. Is there a one click to Un-Root? Or do I really have to go through the process in the sticky above? I got my friend to Root it and don't want to mess it up. I can flash Roms no problem. is this really no different? Just hesitant. Thanks in advance.

I know that trter's All-In-One Tool can unroot your phone, but since I haven't done it, I'd recommend posting in his thread to double check the procedure.
