My SD card is loaded I recently found it with 0.5 GB free so I deleted enough until i have 13 GB free. I really wanna delete everything because there are so many files on it now I can't tell what is the system or apps. I recently loaded the new ICS 4.0 ROM and must have not backed it up because I lost all my apps but I still have a ROM backup. So my question is it ok to delete everything (will the system restore it automatically) or is there another way to safely restore the SD card and then reload it with the system files?

Also couldn't tell which forum to post this in so I just picked the thunderbolt one cus thats the phone I have

If you are worried about losing everything copy it all to your computer, then reformat the SD card, replace it into your phone and see how it goes. I have done just that and lost nothing. I am sure there are more technical things you can do but that worked for me.
