I started the all in one root on my wifes TBolt before realizing that it does not support the newest OTA which my wife had...its stuck at the screen with a picture of a phone and a red Caution ! symbol...please help me or my wife will kill me if she goes too long without her phone.
Are you able to get to the bootloader screen?
What have you tried so far?
Have you done a battery pull + sim pull? (not sure if can help much but maybe can put phone back on track?)

Don't know if it'll help you, but on the InfectedROM Forum they have steps to Restore S-Off for those that have the ICS OTA update installed. Just to warn you, it seems long and kind of tedious.
