New here, so be gentle if this is dumb

Ok so I rooted, did a ROM backup, then flashed BAMF, then did another ROM backup. Basically, if I wipe data and everything and restore the initial stock rooted ROM and then decide I want to go back to BAMF, do I have to reinstall BAMF or can I just restore that backup? Thanks in advance.

Oh, and do those backups include apps or will I have to re-download them every time?

You can just restore the backup. You will not need to redownload anything. It will be exactly how it was when you backed up.

ADW and Launcher Pro (I think) have an option to backup your settings to your sd card if you're using one of those.
