Total noob question: Can I flash the GB theme found in the Vanillabean ROM onto my TB if I have bamf 1.6.3 running?

Most themes are made for specific ROMs only, you can try flashing over a different ROM but just make sure to make a nandroid backup to revert back to in case it doesn't work the way it should. Not sure if you saw the custom page specifically for the BAMF ROM (BAMF Remix Extras: Let's Remix It Again [05.27.11] UPDATE: Carbon Fiber Dialer - xda-developers). There's also a theme made specifically for BAMF on page 2 of the remix thread.

Things like battery mods and lockscreens are cross compatible, but themes for specific roms no.

I have used battery mods and lockscreens from bamf onto perfect storm, tesla coil, cm7, vanilla bean etc..
