No but if u go to the thrive forums there are some devs that built a cm10 ROM for it but if your on the official ICS u will need to get a hold of dalepl from the thrive forums to help u get back on hc to root the device to flash the cm10 jelly bean ROM

I'm hoping an official JB comes out and then Dale can put out a rooted version.

Hey, Toshiba just released Jellybean update for the Toshiba Thrive 10. Go to Service Station!!! It may not be in YOUR service station yet, but it will be there. Toshiba said and I quote, "it is being pushed to numerous models of the Thrive right now for the Holidays".

That is for the Toshiba Excite 10 SE NOT the Thrive.
