Netflix service is down at the moment. Many (including me) are having the same issue. You can follow their facebook page or their twitter@ netflixhelps for more info.

netflix connection issues
I am trying to connect to Netflix with my Toshiba thrive tablet but receiving this message "trying to connect to the available network(13007) actually getting same exact msg on my HTC One phone as well. Does anyone know why I am receiving this or if there are problems with Netflix tonite? Very frustrating
