How can I forward specific callers (contacts) directly to my voice mail, so my phone won't ring when they call?

I don't have an answer to the question you asked. I do have a different idea that may work for you. Like you (I assume), I have someone that calls me far too often. The Contacts function does not have a silent ringer that you can assign to a contact when he/she calls. What I did was download a ringer app from the market and assign a silent ringer to that contact via the ringer app. Now when that one person calls me, I don't know it until I happen to check the phone for something else. Hope this helps

Search the market for call blocking apps. Most of them will have the option of immediately forwarding to vm.

block directly from your verizonwireless account online. it will block all calls and texts and its free. they can still leave voicemail tho i believe.
