No idea. I switched to Seesmic and never looked back. And since I have no more problems, I'll probably never go back.

ok i just tested it and the twitter for android still breaks youtube, ringtones and mp3's .

Latest version is working ok for me (i.e. doesn't break my audio) if I go into the settings of the twitter app and deselect "Sound Affects"

Related question . . When I used Twitter on my Blackberry it had a nice headline news feed feature associated with it. When I download the marketplace version I no longer see that feature. All I get is some Russian guy following me and I can't even block him! This Android version doesn't seem as easy to use as my BB version

Is there another Twitter version that others use (and for free)? This Android version just seems so bare bones.
